Jamey Greenwood a2d655d302 feat: add Cart page and themed error pages

- Add ShopLive.Cart at /cart using shared PageTemplates
- Update ErrorHTML to render fully themed 404/500 pages
- Add dev-only error preview routes at /dev/errors/404 and /dev/errors/500
- Update error page tests for themed output

SimpleshopTheme

To start your Phoenix server:

Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
