Consolidates admin_live/, theme_live/, provider_live/ into admin/
(with theme/ and providers/ subdirs). Renames shop_live/ to shop/
and user_live/ to auth/. Updates all module names, router refs,
test files, CSS source paths, and dialyzer ignore.
