jamey e9649218fb update redirects plug for custom prefixes 
Path normalisation respects custom URL prefixes:
- Orders only lowercase prefix, preserving case-sensitive order numbers
- Distinguishes static shop routes from dynamic prefixed routes
- Uses R module for prefix detection
