add JSON-LD structured data

Browse Source 
Product pages: Product schema (name, description, image, price/currency,
availability) + BreadcrumbList (Home > Category > Product). Home page:
Organization schema (name, url). Uses Jason with html_safe escaping so
the JSON is safe to embed in <script> tags.
